About Me
a space very few people occupy."
Nationality: Egyptian
My career started in 1999 on a $340M construction project, but I quickly realized that the real challenge was never the documents themselves — it was the data trapped inside them. That insight became the engine of everything that followed: 24 years of building the intelligence layer that turns project complexity into executive clarity.
Today I design and operate SQL Server data warehouses, build Power BI dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility across 7 projects and 4 offices, and develop Python & automation tools that eliminate manual bottlenecks entirely. My databases handle 500,000+ records with CTEs, optimized stored procedures, and ETL pipelines pulling from multiple enterprise sources — so the right number reaches the right person at the right moment.
Most people in this field manage files. I build the data infrastructure on top — governance frameworks, quality controls, MDM, and BI models — so that a project manager in Cairo can make a strategic call based on live data, not a week-old spreadsheet.
Across mega-projects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Libya — power plants, oil & gas facilities, airports, and high-rise complexes — I have consistently been the person who bridges the gap between field operations and boardroom decisions. Today I am pushing further into AI-powered analytics, predictive reporting, and intelligent document processing — helping construction organizations move from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven decision making.
